With its automations and project management tools, enterprises can view centralized client information, even on the go.

While monday does have a free version of its software, it is only available for students or nonprofit organizations, after being approved for it. Its paid tiers are competitively priced, but if you want a similar tool with even more AI functionality, I recommend HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

With a white label capability, Bitrix24 allows businesses to totally customize, brand, and resell the tool as well. And even though their forever free plan is capped with some advanced CRM features, it does allow unlimited users.

Bitrix24 does offer a unique pricing structure compared to the other providers on this list. Bitrix24 doesn’t charge per user but instead per organization with a capped amount of users. Their Enterprise tier goes up to 250 users with flexibility to add more. If your company has more than that, I recommend going with HubSpot or Salesforce for their scalability and pricing per user.
