    EMPLOYEE CONDUCT

    Employee conduct related to attendance and punctuality extends to professionalism in the workplace. The company expects all employees to maintain good attendance, contributing to a productive and reliable workforce.

    Good attendance requires employees to:

    Clock in and out at the scheduled shift time, except for instances where overtime is authorized and necessary.

    Be productive during working hours.

    Take designated breaks that adhere to the required length.

    Avoid unnecessary absences, tardiness or early departure.

    Follow the company’s leave request procedure when needing time off.

    Provide valid and substantiated reasons for situations requiring absences, tardiness or early departure.

    Promptly communicate any anticipated or unexpected absences, tardiness or early departure to their immediate supervisor, manager or HR.

    Being consistently late or absent can disrupt team dynamics and impact colleagues’ workloads, which can negatively impact the overall work environment. Therefore, employees are expected to be reliable and accountable team members.
